Arvind Mishra is an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta, one of the most prestigious schools in India. He is an integrated marketing consultant, who loves communication with creativity, and is dedicated to seeing his clients succeed. Arvind's experience spans across developing business strategy, brands and events. He always focuses on bringing innovative thinking and custom solutions to enhance business objectives. He has produced numerous video productions, conferences, product launches and exhibitions. He worked in Fortune 500 companies including Herbalife and 3M where he developed brands like Post-it and Scotch.

Richard Rowlands, Technical Director

Richard Rowlands holds a degree in event management. He is an experienced event manager, with a proven track record in business, public and educational events. Richard’s involvement in events began fifteen years ago exhibiting at trade and business shows. He also produced conventions, which included managing department staff and running numerous large-scale, multi-day events. Productions have included everything from Internal Conferences to International Conventions with public attendance of over 35,000 people. He was recently featured as a Speaker at the Global Events Congress and has been working with eMerit on the Certified Event Management Professional Standards.

JOEL SWENSON, Creative Director

Joel Swenson is a seasoned producer, writer, creative director, production manager, and speech coach with over 20 years experience in corporate communications, live events, theatre, and television. Projects have included video, film and multimedia production, conferences, product launches, exhibitions and symposiums. He has also produced and directed corporate videos, webcasts, and live theatre. Joel is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in Cinema and Television Production. He was awarded the prestigious Parent’s Choice Award for his children’s video series What Every Kid Should Know About Manners And Etiquette.

KATHLEEN BELL, Producer

Kathleen Bell is a manager and producer with over 15 years of experience. While working at two major investment banks, Morgan Stanley and UBS, Kathleen held the position of Head of Road Shows for the Americas, both domestic and international and coordinated all deal and non-deal (IR) events. She has the skill and personal touch that allows her to work efficiently with senior executives on all levels while collaborating across multiple lines of the business ensuring flawless event execution.

NICOLAS BERTA, Production Manager

Nicolas Berta is an event logistics specialist with years of experience managing major events around the world. Nicolas graduated with a degree in Logistics from the University of Burgundy located in Dijon, France. His projects have included work for the organising committees of some of the largest international sporting events: Tour de France; FIS Alpine World Ski Championships; IRB Rugby World Cup; and the World Championships in Athletics. In addition to his experience in logistics and field operations, Nicolas has excelled as a stage manager and has worked on trade shows, conferences, and travelling exhibitions for global companies including Nike and Orange.
