Product Introduction / Dealer Meetings

In 2007, the Isuzu Commercial Vehicle Meetings were held in Las Vegas. The challenge was to demonstrate Isuzu’s commitment to the US market and its dealers and, to outline in a vivid manner, the profit potential of the Isuzu franchise today and in the future.

The raked theater seating, two 40-foot projection surfaces, and a concert quality sound system provided a sense-surround experience. An amazing opening and fantastic close book-ended thrilling new model introductions. As the final speaker, in the Dealer Meeting delivered closing comments, an incredible laser, smoke, music, lighting, pyro and video sequence built to a dramatic finish.

Worldwide conference and exhibition

The IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) conference for those involved with best practice in the management of IT services.

The event took place in Barcelona and comprised sessions in multiple streams together with an exhibition, gala dinner, awards ceremony and guest speakers including the Mayor of Barcelona. To accommodate the people who flew in from across the world, many sessions were run in either Spanish or English; with interpreters ensuring everyone could participate.

Events Association Annual Conference

ISES is the International Special Events Society. Their national conference utilised a fantastic venue in London called The Brewery, and featured guest speakers, panel sessions, discussions, exhibitors and more.

The challenge was to produce an event of the finest quality on a very limited budget, and create an experience that would impress an audience made up of people who actually work in the events industry. The luncheon was staged in a beautiful hall decorated as a lush garden, with the columns becoming trees, and with lighting and aromas to match. Lunch was provided in large picnic baskets, which were shared by each table, creating fun conversation and interaction between attendees.

Worldwide Specialist Event

The Dungeons and Dragons Experience was funded by Wizards of the Coast (part of the Hasbro Games Company) to provide their dedicated Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) players with an extraordinary event. It hosted new D&D adventures, gave players the chance to not only meet the creators of the game, but get involved in shaping the future of the game.

The event included confidential presentations on the future of the games and a phenomenally successful skirmish battle that ran the full length of the convention. People came together from as far as Europe and Australia to the event located in Washington DC.

Internal Educational Conference

Each year The University of West London holds its annual teaching conference to showcase both its current research, and to inform its staff of changes, and research into the future of University Education.

Traditionally this had been held with limited attendance, but this year the aim was to increase attendance. As this was an educational conference, all papers proposed had to be peer reviewed to ensure the educational standards. In addition, Thames Valley University does not generally conduct conferences at its sites, so considerable work was needed to get all permissions and gather the required infrastructure.
